How to mount a truck latch lock onto a door of cargo van or pickup?
- To choose a suitable location to install the tailgate spring lock according to the structure of the vehicle;
- To fix the lock buckle base (catch) on the door of vehicle and tighten the screws with a screwdriver to ensure the base is stable;
- To install the spring latch to ensure smooth connection between the spring latch and catch;
- To close the tailgate and test if the latch lock can be fastened properly. Minor adjustments and debugging can be necessary ,in order that tailgate can be smoothly closed and securely locked.
